Instructions: Spread across lips with finger. Gently close lips and rub together for 30 seconds in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water and dab dry, then apply a moisturizer such as lip balm. Remember, only apply to dry and flaky lips - not raw or cracked! If your lips are raw or cracked, they need to heal before using any exfoliates.
